500ml - Serves 2 to 4 people as part of a meal.
A beautifully balanced, fragrant curry to tantalise the palette. A personal favourite in our household. Lightly salted and mildly sweet, rounding off with moderate heat.
Flavour profile - Spicy, fragrant, lightly bodied, slightly salted
Please keep me refrigerated - bring to boil before serving.
You can also freeze this sauce for up to 3 months.
To defrost, simply move the sauce from the freezer to the fridge and allow to naturally defrost over night.
Consume within 5 days of defrosting for optimal freshness.
Suggested serving -
Eggplants, mushrooms and corn work really well with this green curry. Simply chop up your desired vegetables and stir-fry gently over a medium heat until lightly caramelised. Add the green curry sauce and simmer gently until the vegetables are tender. White fleshed fish such as kingfish or blue eye cod are amazing in this curry.
Serve over jasmine rice and garnish with cucumber relish* & plenty of fresh coriander. Thai basil adds another level of fragrance and depth to the dish.

*Cucumber relish -
This simple and delicious addition is designed to accompany any curry and enhance its flavour.
In a bowl combine any combination of freshly sliced cucumber, ginger, tomato, chilli, red onion and coriander. Dress the relish with the vial of sweet vinegar.
Ingredients -
Green chilli, thai scud chilli, garlic, red onion, lemongrass, turmeric, galangal, coriander root, krachai, coriander seed, cumin seed, white peppercorn, coconut cream, palm sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce*
