Handmade curry pastes are made from locally sourced fresh ingredients. These rich, aromatic pastes are cooked, seasoned and ready to eat. You can follow the recipes as a guide or get creative on your own adventure through these flavours that will nourish your body and excite the senses.
Curry sauces can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months and retain freshness. Consume within 5 days after naturally defrosting.
Asian Dressings
Asian dressings are so versatile. They have a delicate yet balanced depth of flavour and can be used for almost anything - from dressing a simple salad or finishing off a stir-fry, to serving on the side of a seafood platter or glazing meat & vegetables on the barbeque. They are especially delicious with crispy fried foods like calamari or tempura.
